<note>Telah dilakukan pengujian efek antiinflamasi ekstrak etanol umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum Linn.), rimpang kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val.), dan kombinasinya pada tikus betina galur Wistar dengan menggunakan metode pembentukan radang yang diinduksi dengan karagenan lambda 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol bawang putih dosis 50 dan 100 mg/kg bb, kunyit dosis 100 mg/kg bb, kombinasi bawang putih-kunyit dosis 50:50 dan 100:100 mg/kg bb dapat menghambat pembentukan radang secara berbeda bermakna terhadap kontrol (p</note>
