<note>Telah dilakukan dan karakteristik pati dari umbi taka (Tacca leontopetaloides (L.) Kunze). Persentase pati dari umbi taka 22,8%. Pada hasil karakteristik meliputi kadar air 13,00%, kadar abu 0,885, kadar lemak 0,00%, kadar protein 0,35%, kadar pati 81,94%, kadar amilosa 11,54%, kadar amilopektin 88,46% dan kadar serat 0,085%. Serta bentuk dan ukuran granula pati menggunakan SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) dengan ukuran granula pati paling besar yaitu 34,4 um, ukuran sedang 19,1 um dan ukuran paling kecil sebesar 12,4 um dengan bentuk lonjong cenderung bulat.</note>
