<note>Telah dilakukan penelitian uji altivitas anti bakteri ekstrak etanol daun kucai (Allium schoenoprasum L.) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli dengan metode difusi agar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun kucai (Allium schoenoprasum L.) memiliki nilai konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM) terhadap Staphylococcus aureus pada konsentrasi 0,03 g/ml dan nilai KHM terhadap Escherichia coli pada konsentrasi 0,04 g/ml. Nilai kesetaraan 1 mg ekstrak etanol daun kucai terhadap antibiotik tetrasiklin adalah 2,84 x 10 pangkat -5 mg untuk Staphylococcus aureus dan 3,22 x 10 pangkat -5 mg untuk Escherichia coli.</note>
