<note>Antibiotics are compounds that can suppress growth and kill microorganisms, which are usually produced from microorganisms, either bacteria or fungi. Amoxicillin is a broad spectrum ?-lactam antibiotic against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and is often used to treat various infectious diseases such as ear infections, pneumonia, streptococcal pharyngitis, skin infections, urinary tract infections, Salmonella infections, Chlamydia infections and Lyme disease. This article aims to determine the effect of temperature stabilization for reconstituted preparations on the antibiotic amoxicillin. The method used in this research uses a literature study regarding dry syrup preparations reconstituted antibiotics and amoxicillin. The review results show that temperature is one of the influencing factors that can influence the stability of the reconstitution preparations carried out on several of the test samples used. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the influence factor of cold temperature can be affect the stability of reconstituted preparations with high values for organoleptic, pH and viscosity.</note>
