<note>Telah dilakukan pengujian aktivitas antioksidan pada air buah cangkuang (Pandanus furcatus Roxb.)dengan metode DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-l-picryl-hydrazyl). Hasil penapisan fitokimia menunjukan bahwa buah cangkuang (Pandanus Furcatus Roxb.) mengandung senyawa flavonoid,tanin,dan kuinon.Pengujian dengan menggunakan metode DPPH,terbukti bahwa ekstrak air buah cangkuang (Pandanus Furcatus Roxb.) memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dengan nilai KE =63,095 ug/ml.</note>
