<note>Telah di lakukan analisis lemak babi dari sediaan shampo dengan metode NENG Fourier Transform Infra-red (FTIR) Spectroscopy. Proses pemurnian di lakukan dengan metode kromatografi tipis preparatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada lemak babi puncak serapan kuat muncul pada 1746, 07 cm1 pada baku lanolin serapan muncul pada daerah bilangan  gelombang 1601,89 cm1 rasio absorpsi pada bilangan gelombang 3471,41 cm1 dan 1746,07 cm1 menunjukan peningkatan pada lemak babi. Pada shampo lemak babi serapan muncul pada 1742,22 cm1.</note>
