<note>Telah di lakukan studi pengaruh lama waktu fermentasi dan konsentrasi sukrosa dalam sari jambu biji (Psidium Guajava L. ) yang di fermentasi dengan ragi saccharomyces cerevisiae terhadap pembentukan etanol. Hasil menunjukan bahwa fermentasi 42 jam 48 jam dan 72 jam dengan masing-masing konsentrasi sukrosa 15% berturut-turut mengjhasilkan etanol sebesar 2,0%, 3,6%, dan 4,2%.</note>
