<note>Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai formulasi sabun mandi cair dengan perasan jeruk nipis (Citrus aurontifolia Swingle)dan pengujian aktivitasnya terhadap bakteri staphylococcus aureus. Hasil evaluasi sediaan sabun mandi cair yang mengandung perasan jeruk nipis 2%, 3% dan 4% menunjukan bahwa sediaan secara organoleptik, homogenitas, pH ,viskositas, bobot jenis dan tegangan permukaan selama waktu penyimpanan yaitu 28 hari relatif stabil. Pada pengujian aktivitas antibakateri sediaan sabun mandi cair dengan menggunakan metode difusi agar, sabun mandi cair dengan perasan air perasaan jeruk nipis 2%, 3% dan 4% mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri dengan diameter zona hambat 19,44 mm ±0,2; 20,58 mm ±0,2 dan 21,03 mm ±0,04.</note>
