<note>Telah dilakukan uji ketercampuran ketokonazol dalam beberapa jenis emulgator basis krim. Pembuatan sediaan krim dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama pembuatan basis krim yang terdiri dari berbagai kombinasi emulgator. Tahap kedua, basis krim dicampurkan ketokonazol 2 %.rn 	Evaluasi  dilakukan terhadap berbagai parameter fisika yang meliputi pH, organoleptik, homogenitas, dan tipe krim. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa krim yang mengandung kotekonazol 2 %, Na- Lauryl sulfat 0,7%, cetostearil alkohol 6,3%, parafin cair 30%, metil paraben 10.08% dan propil paraben 0.2%, stabil selama penyimpanan.</note>
