<note>Telah dilakukan uji aktivitas antibakteri madu murni Kalimantan Barat jenis Apis dorsata terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus dengan metode difusi agar. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa madu murni Kalimantan Barat menunjukan aktivitas antibakteri hanya pada Staphylococcus aureus. Madu murni Kalimantan Barat menunjukan aktivitas pada konsentrasi 40%, 30%, 20%  dan 10% (b/v) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dengan diameter hambat masing-masing sebesar 27.3 mm, 20.5 mm, 17.4 mm dan 9.7 mm. Nilai konsentrasi hambat minimum madu murni Kalimantan Barat adalah 6% (b/v). Nilai kesetaraan aktivitas madu murni Kalimantan Barat terhadap tetrasiklin adalah 0.03134873 terhadap Staphylococcus aureus.</note>
