<note>Telah dilakukan uji aktivitas antimikroba ekstrak etanol buah pandan laut (Pandanus odoratissimus L.f.) terhadap Escherichia coli, Stapylococcus aureus dan Candida albicans secara in vitro dengan metode difusi agar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Konsentrasi Hambat Minimum (KHM) buah pandan laut (Pandanus odoratissimus L.f.) terhadap Escherichia coli yaitu 0,014, Stapylococcus aureus yaitu 0,015 g/ml sedangkan untuk Candida albicans 0,1 g/ml. Nilai kesetaraan aktivitas 1 mg ekstrak etanol buah cangkuang (Pandanus furcatus Roxb.) terhadap antibiotik tetrasiklin HCl adalah 0,006844 mg untuk Escherichia coli,      0,008081 mg untuk Staphylococcus aureus dan dengan antibiotik ketokonazol 0,002848 mg untuk Candida albicans.</note>
